Grow, For Good
Social Impact Reporting
Consumers are increasingly making purchasing decisions based upon the views and actions of those providing the products and services they need.
They want to support companies that are aligned with their personal beliefs—whether regarding the environment, social issues, or any number of internal or public policies. So do potential shareholders and investors.
Consumers and investors want to know that the businesses they support are contributing to the benefit of society
Accurately and thoughtfully conveying these critical aspects of your organization is becoming standard practice—both for attracting customers, and for staying ahead of ever-changing regulatory mandates.
Attract & Engage Consumers
83% of consumers consider companies’ impact on the world when making a purchasing decision, according to a recent analysis by PwC.
They want businesses to play larger roles in bringing about progress regarding environmental, social, and governance issues—and will reward those that do!
Impress Shareholders & Investors
Every year, more companies decide to report on their social and environmental impacts for a variety of reasons, including emerging regulatory mandates.
Many shareholders and investors require this information to make informed decisions for ethical investing.
Demand for impact investing is growing!

Tell consumers, customers, shareholders, investors and the public how you’re helping to reshape the world and make a positive impact.

At Hypha, we work closely with clients to craft a compelling and distinct narrative about your organization’s impact. We accomplish this by leveraging our core competencies, including storytelling, design, and digital marketing. A successful impact report should be an honest reflection of your brand and serve as a genuine extension of your broader efforts to further appeal to customers and stakeholders, including employees and outside investors.
In total, the impact report process generally takes about three to four months and consists of guided discovery (interviews and gathering of relevant data), report production, and a marketing/public relations soft launch.
When completed, your report will serve as a valuable asset that tells your impact story and helps drive customers to your business. In addition, processes and best practices will be in place to streamline the procedure for the following year.
As with any of our offerings, it’s our goal to make the process as seamless as possible, including by streamlining the onboarding stage and diligently conducting interviews to ensure our content creators have all the resources they need.
Your greatest time commitment will be in the preliminary stages as we develop connections with your team members and learn about your brand and processes. This is when we work to understand your goals, impacts, voice, messaging, available data, and constraints.
As we move through the report creation process, we expect to require less of your time beyond a few scheduled milestone meetings to review ongoing progress. That said, it’s often helpful to have a client contact we can reach out to for questions as they come up. Depending on your preferences, this can be done via email, a project management platform, or a call.
Next year, your time commitment will decrease significantly as we can hold your brand assets internally and work from an established understanding of your brand, voice, and goals.
We offer a tiered pricing model based on the level of service delivery. They are:
Tier 1: Printable PDF Report
A printable PDF of your impact report. Major elements could include a leadership letter, company overview, impact highlights, case studies (to expand on the highlights), stakeholder stories, future goals, and adverse circumstances.
Tier 2: Tier 1 Collateral + Landing Page/Microsite
The landing page or microsite would be designed to maximize engagement through copy (including keywords), infographics, images, videos, stories, and more. It would include highlights from the report, a call-to-action (CTA) to access it, and the report PDF.
Tier 3: Tier 2 Collateral + Content Strategy & Distribution
Content strategy and execution are designed to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions and include blogs, email sequences, and other elements. In addition, distribution activities include press release creation and distribution and limited social media (LinkedIn).
