Open Positions
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Project Manager (HubSpot) to lead and manage complex projects with a focus on HubSpot solutions. This role sits on our Client Success team, and involves collaborating closely with internal development teams, clients, and HubSpot representatives to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, technical implementation, and marketing best practices, along with exceptional client communication skills. You will drive the success of multiple projects by managing scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring customer satisfaction in a results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with developers, designers, clients, and stakeholders to meet project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- HubSpot Expertise: Leverage HubSpot’s platform and tools to implement technical solutions and marketing strategies aligned with client needs.
- Communication & Reporting: Provide clear and concise status updates, progress reports, and risk assessments to stakeholders and leadership.
- Change Management: Manage project scope, change requests, and scope creep effectively, ensuring approvals and alignment with objectives.
- Process Improvement: Continuously enhance project management processes and tools (e.g., Asana) to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Client Engagement & Support: Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive communication and problem-solving, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
- Meeting Facilitation: Lead project meetings (kick-offs, reviews, and status updates) to track action items and drive progress.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, including managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong experience with HubSpot and holds HubSpot Certifications.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Asana or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in client-facing roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage risks and dependencies.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in B2B marketing or sales is a plus.
