Committed to improving digital inclusion and accessibility across its extensive suite of services, Salesforce, Inc. highlighted its founding partner relationship with InclusionHub in its FY 2022 Stakeholder Impact Report. The crowd-sourced digital accessibility and inclusion services directory, community, and resource nexus was conceptualized by Hypha HubSpot Development.

Salesforce, a leading customer relationship management (CRM) platform, devoted a significant portion of the analysis to the partnership, emphasizing its content creation and sharing collaboration with Hypha to improve digital accessibility and inclusion in the workplace, and give additional voice to the disability community, among other goals.

“We are privileged to be in a position where we can help create something with and for the community,” states Salesforce’s Thomas Frantz, senior manager of accessibility partnerships and public relations, in the report. “We aim to keep InclusionHub relevant by regarding it as a work-in-progress collaboration with the community's evolving insight, feedback, and needs.”

Besides Salesforce and Hypha HubSpot Development, InclusionHub’s founding partners include accessibility platform Fable and Be My Eyes—a free app connecting blind and low-vision people with sighted volunteers.

“We couldn’t have asked for a better founding partner for InclusionHub than the team at Salesforce,” explains Hypha HubSpot Development President Jon Sasala. “Since coming on board with us, they have displayed a level of commitment to digital inclusion that truly sets them apart in the field. For InclusionHub to be featured so prominently as part of Salesforce’s public commitment to live up to their values is both humbling and an incredible honor.”
